Designing, implementing & coordinating a system of career pathways for the organization

What drives you to do this work? What makes you want to get out of bed every morning?
Making a difference in the lives of children & adolescents

How often do you "dress up" for work? Describe the culture of your organization.
For direct care staff—those who work with kids on a daily basis—the dress is quite casual. For non-direct care and management staff—such as myself—the dress is generally business casual. Only members of senior leadership wear formal business attire.

In a typical month, about what percentage of your time is spent on the following activities?
