Serafina Palandech, the principle of Tugboat, has been producing large and small scale fundraising events in the Bay Area for over ten years. Some of the work she has done includes serving as the Director of AIDS Walk San Francisco for many years, producing the VIP party for the San Francisco Pride Celebration at City Hall, and working with many other non-profit organizations including the Muscular Dystrophy Association, the Psychotherapy Institute, the San Francisco AIDS Foundation, and Gay Men’s Health Crisis.


Serafina Palandech has also served as a Human Resources Director for many years and can offer performance management training, human resources developement and communication training to your team.
