My nonprofit client already has a record with Idealist. May I post a job listing using their account?

Every nonprofit organization has the right to determine who has access to their record's log-in information. If a nonprofit client chooses to share this information with you so that you may post in their record, that is their privilege and is completely at their discretion. An authorized staff member at the nonprofit organization must either provide the log-in information to you directly or send an email to web@idealist.org giving us permission to provide the log-in information to you. Under no circumstance will we provide log-in information to a consultant without the organization's consent in writing.

Please note that nonprofit organizations utilize Idealist's services for much more than job postings, and they may deny your request for access to their record for any reason.
