Events

How do I setup registration for my event?

Answer:

First, you must post an event listings on Idealist.

While posting the event, place the number of people you want to be able to register for the event in the field named "The maximum number of people who can attend."

After you post the event, do the following:
  1. Once you submit the listing, you will be on the "Update Successful" page. Click on "Continue."
  2. You will now see your Entry and Update page. You should see a list of your Upcoming Events at the bottom of the page. Click the name of the Event listing you just posted.
  3. This will take you to the Event Management page. In the middle of the page, click the "Enable Registration" button.
  4. Registration is now activated.
