How do I remove myself from my organization's account?

Answer:

I no longer wish to...

  • appear as the private and/or public contact for my organization
  • have access to my organization's account

  • I no longer wish to appear as the private and/or public contact for my organization.

If you no longer wish to appear as the private and/or public contact for your organization, please follow these steps to update the contact information for your organization:
    1. Log in to your individual account from the right side of the homepage
    2. Once you have logged in to your account, you will see your Control Panel. Click on the "Groups and Listings" tab.
    3. To the right of your organization's name, click "Edit & Post."

    4. On the next screen you will see the Entry & Update Menu. Click on “Update Your Group’s Profile,” located along the right side of the screen.
    5. Make the necessary changes and click “Submit” at the bottom of the page.

    6. I no longer wish to have access to my organization's account."

Please follow these steps to disassociate yourself from your organization's account:
      1. Log in to your individual account from the right side of the homepage.
      2. Once you have logged in to your account, you will see your Control Panel. Click on the "Groups and Listings" tab.
      3. To the right of your organization's name, click "Disassociate."

Please note that if you are the only member of your organization that currently has full access to your organization's account, you will not see the option to disassociate. For instructions on how to see a list of everyone that currently has access to your organization's account, click here.

If you are the only member of your organization currently with access to the account, we recommend that another member of your organization access the account, thereby allowing you to disassociate. Otherwise, you will have to delete your individual account in order to remove yourself from your organization's account.
