Answer:

From: Peter Dobkin Hall (12/30/95):

CASES IN NONPROFIT GOVERNANCE: A NEW CASE SERIES FROM YALE'S PROGRAM ON
NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS (PONPO)

A group of researchers connected
with Yale's Changing Dimensions of Trusteeship Project has been
studying nonprofit governance issues. Drawing on their rich research
findings, PONPO has initiated a case series which we hope will be useful
to teachers of nonprofit management, consultants working with boards,
and others interested in governance issues.

Thirteen of the cases have been published as Nonprofit Boards and
Leadership: Cases on Governance, Change, and Board-Staff Dynamics
edited
by Miriam Mason Wood. (Order from Amazon.Com: http://www.amazon.com/Nonprofit-Boards-Leadership-Governance-Board-Staff/dp/0787901393 . A royalty will be paid that will help maintain
this site.)

An additional nine cases are available as brief publications directly from
PONPO; they are listed at
http://ponpo.som.yale.edu with prices and
ordering information.
