Finding Support > Diversity in the Workplace

The workplace is becoming ever more diverse and managers and employees alike could use some help learning how to adjust to this new reality. Here you will find links to websites that we hope will address some of the needs and issues relating to diversity in the modern workplace. While not all of these sites were designed exclusively for use by nonprofits, they all contain valuable information applicable to most nonprofit work environments. Likewise, most of these resources focus on the United States, although much of the information will be useful elsewhere, too.

If you know of other resources that should be listed here, please email careercenter@idealist.org. If you notice any broken links or bugs, please email web@idealist.org.
